accepts credit card and debit cards through a
secure gateway
provider. No Confidential Information is being
collected on our web site. This includes:
Name on Credit Card, Card Number & Expiry Date.
The secure gateway provider
collects this information on our behalf and they
meet current Payment Card Industry
standards (PCI).
Once you submit your transaction via the web
page designated for your Home Owners
Association, you will be sent to the secure
gateway payment page, which opens in an
outside frame, within the secure gateway
provider's web site. You will see the gateway
provider's secure symbol and certificate
information, which confirms that your credit
card
is being processed in a secure manner.
RETURN POLICY:
Since we are not selling products there are no
refunds on transactions. However, if you
are concerned that there has been an error,
contact us within 30 days of your transaction
and we will address your concern in a timely
manner. We accessible by e-mail 24 hours a
day, seven days a week. (Please make sure to
include all of your contact information and
the best time of day to contact you.)
